Witch Hunt, Fake News, Lies, Double Speak - When Will It End?

If it wasn't said by US President Trump, one would believe it was just some wacko speaking. No one ever guessed that a sitting President would use such foul language whenever he speaks on TV. Quite ironically, he always insults the very news channels that have given him numerous chances to speak live...

What is happening?

How has it come to this?

Can the American people really be so foolish as to elect Republican Senators and Governors in a climate where the dignity we normally associate with the Presidency has been robbed of EVERY sign of good etiquette?

We will be much wiser about these questions once the November elections are over, but it never ceases to amaze me how poor Donald Trump is dealing with news media. Even though many have been frustrated - and rightly so - with many governors and senators who have been more focused on making fortunes from politics, it should never have come so far.

2020 will be an interesting year, because so much IS at stake in the coming Presidential elections, and what we have seen thus far since Trump entered the White House on January 20th 2017 has been shocking to say the least.

What are your thoughts about all this? Comments are welcome - as long as we all talk decently with one another. :-)

Recently there has been a huge debate about Russian trolls spamming the internet with misinformation, but I must say I am still somewhat surprised.

Even though the Democrats won the majority in the House of Representatives, there was no landslide in American elections, and it begs the question: Has America gone crazy after the election of Trump?

And, even worse, can anyone logically believe anyone in the West believes a lunatic such as Trump over the Russian President Vladimir Putin?

In fact, I would go as far as to say I would rather deal with the person who openly states his opinion over the strange tweets running in each their direction as every day passes... I have NEVER thought I would say this, but sometimes I think the political compass is way off in world politics at this time. Am I the only one?

Seasonal greetings to all. :-)
